Solas Summer Activities 2020

Our house will remain closed to all group and drop in activities during the summer of 2020.  Limited amounts of individual activities and our acupuncture clinic (by appointment only) will be offer in Solas House, but only one user and their therapist/counsellor will be in the building at a time.

Group activities continue over zoom and counselling can continue over telephone if that is most suitable.

All the support we offer to people within our community is free of charge, however we gratefully accept donations in support of our work.

Any donations made are used to deliver direct support to our local community. We have a new page on crowdfunder which has waived any fees during coronavirus. To donate click on following the link

We are a charity based in Ballycastle and we offer support to promote positive health and wellbeing, in a warm and welcoming environment.

We provide a wide range of support including talking therapies and skills based activities, both in groups and one to one.

We would encourage you to visit us, even if you are not attending one our programmes.  You will be made welcome and offered a cuppa.

Our normal opening hours are:

Monday       10am - 1pm

Tuesday      10am - 1pm

Tuesday      2pm-3.30pm 

                  (Men's drop in only)

Wednesday  9.30am - 1pm


                  (EIC drop in only)

Thursday     10am - 1pm
